What you’ll do

• Design and implement comprehensive manual QA processes for mobile, web, and backend products.
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation—including exploratory and regression testing.
• Develop specialized testing protocols for AI services for accuracy and user satisfaction.
• Lead fast-paced manual testing cycles to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor test results and refine testing approaches in collaboration with product and development teams.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers, establishing best practices and fostering a culture of quality.
• Facilitate effective cross-team communication to integrate QA insights into product development.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI testing trends, enhancing methodologies and processes.
