TITLE: Chief Marketing Officer
DUTIES:
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Replika app.
Create and oversee marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Monitor and analyze key metrics related to marketing campaigns and revenue growth.
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitors.
Stay updated on industry developments and share knowledge with the marketing team
Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with the overall business strategy and user needs. Build and maintain relationships with external partners to support marketing efforts.
Represent the app at industry events to build brand awareness.
Work with the following ad networks: Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, Ocean Engine.
Work with data analytics tools for marketing: Amplitude, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel. Use Appsflyer, Adjust, and Branch for attribution tracking.
Responsible for A/B testing using Splitmetrics and Firebase.
Manage and lead a team of approximately 8-10 marketing professionals, including Marketing Operations Manager, User Acquisition Manager, Creative Producer, Motion Designers, Graphic Designers and Support Specialists.
Position is a work-from-home opportunity within normal commuting distance of the company headquarters located in San Francisco, CA.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
